This is the firm we used to handle Mother & Dad's move. As you know it was quite an undertaking.
I screened several such firms over the phone and gave a short list to Cindy to meet and interview in person. Charna was the best of my phone conversations, and Dad and Cindy interviewed her first. They were ready to sign her up right away but I insisted that they interview at least two more firms. But this firm was clearly the right one, we all agreed, and proceeded accordingly. It worked out really well.
